All Futura Logistics customers are assigned their own exclusive customer service representative to answer any questions, concerns, or requests. From receiving, storage, and shipping of your products, your Futura Logistics representative will be intimately familiar with your account. Communication takes place on a daily basis via e-mail, fax, and phone. On a warehouse operations level, we have made every effort to create a fail-safe system through our tiered management system.
